Exercise: Inner Thigh (Groin) Stretch
This is a great stretch for the inner thigh muscles that can be done anywhere!
What is Stretched?
- Muscle Group
- Groin
- Inner Thigh
- Groin
Instructions:
- Stand up straight in a wide stance with a slight pelvic tilt (tucking your bum under).
- Bend your left knee until you feel a slight stretch in the inner thigh of the right leg.
- Hold for at least 20-30 seconds.
- Repeat as above on the other leg by shifting your weight over to your right leg and bending your right knee.
- Hold for at least 20-30 seconds.
- Repeat this stretch at least twice for each leg
