Exercise: Inner Thigh (Groin) Stretch

This is a great stretch for the inner thigh muscles that can be done anywhere!

What is Stretched?

  • Muscle Group
    • Groin
      • Inner Thigh

Instructions:

  1. Stand up straight in a wide stance with a slight pelvic tilt (tucking your bum under).
  2. Bend your left knee until you feel a slight stretch in the inner thigh of the right leg.
  3. Hold for at least 20-30 seconds.
  4. Repeat as above on the other leg by shifting your weight over to your right leg and bending your right knee.
  5. Hold for at least 20-30 seconds.
  6. Repeat this stretch at least twice for each leg
